Argentine Republic

Republic of Argentina, 1 (one) Peso (ARS)

Argentina, is a federal republic in southeastern South America. Its bordered by Bolivia and Paraguay, Brazil and Uruguay. The earliest human presence in the area is dated from the Paleolithic period. The Spanish colonization began in 1512. The declaration and fight for independence (1810 - 1818) was followed by an extended civil war that lasted until 1861.
